A very positive experience with Sam. I felt confident and assured by the assessment of the job and the quote was fair and felt well priced compared to others. On the day Sam was bang on time, had communicated with me the day before and got on with the job. I received lots of photos of the work that was in progress and when things were completed. This left me with confidence of what had been done (as it’s hard to assess this work yourself due to the location!) and tested all the guttering before finishing up. I have no hesitation in recommending EST and found Sam and his team to be authentic, experienced tradesmen. Thank you.

Job was cancelled a couple of times but was a minor repair to Roof vent tile and getter. Once rearranged the work was completed fast and professionally. Thanks Sam.

Sam came to fix a broken gutter over our porch that had been leaking for sometime. Very reasonable rate and kept the place very tidy after he’d finished. Very knowledgable and would recommend to others.

I cannot recommend Sam from EST Roofing Ltd enough. With clear, frequent and timely communication right from the start, he fixed our storm damaged 3rd story roof and advised us on maintenance work, which we gratefully undertook. He was then also able to remedy the leaks inside and paint throughout. We are beyond happy with his service, if you want excellent work delivered dependably, Sam is your man.

Sam from EST Roofing is the best of the best!He is extremely polite, respectful and genuinely wants to make sure that the client is left satisfied and happy . Excellent communication and responds to text and calls promptly.Sam completely understood what we needed . His has an extensive in depth knowledge of roofing and all related matters.

We had water seeping around the down pipe that comes into our commercial office space causing the walls inside the property to be damaged. There was no outlet to contain the water which led to all the surrounding areas on the roof being waterlogged and the felt being lifted . Sam spent a few hours carefully taking of the soaked felt around the drain and surrounding areas, taking time to dry the area, then primed it, carefully cut out the connecting down pipe , laid out new felt and made sure it was sealed well and then further protected the area with a coating of polyurethane.we have been so impressed with Sam’s attention to detail. He is meticulous. Sam also sealed all the leading at the back of the roof. He priced the job fairly .We are very happy with his work and would recommend him highly and would not use another roofer. It was a pleasure to work with Sam

I had a first class experience dealing with this company. My leak happened at a time of regular, torrential rains and they were clearly super busy but maintained a friendly efficient service throughout an executed the work that was necessary in a timely manner.

Sam at EST Roofing did a great job with a guttering problem that had been in existence for months. We sent him details and he came along and repaired & tested everything. 6 months later everything is working as it should. Would not hesitate to call on him again.

Sam helped with replacing broken tiles and roof leak detection for a few of my properties. He was always very responsive and polite and carried out his work competently. I recommend him highly.
